ACO96 registration: your mobile number is your account — there is no email sign-up
This platform registers players by Australian mobile number, not email address, and it locks your bank details to your name from the first transaction. Here is the whole process before you start it.
This page is a guide, not a form. Nothing here collects your details. There is no sign-up box on this site and never will be — registration happens on the operator's own platform, and anyone asking for your phone number or bank details on a third-party page like this one should be closed immediately.
Why there is no email field
ACO96 runs on an Asian-market platform where accounts are built around phone numbers rather than email addresses. The configuration the site ships confirms it plainly: email registration is switched off, and the operator's own about page instructs new players to “Sign Up Using Your Mobile Number”.
That single design decision shapes everything else. Your mobile number becomes your login, your identity and your recovery route. Your bank account is attached to the same identity and must carry the same name. There is no password-reset-by-email path, because there is no email on file.
Six steps, about four minutes
The sign-up control sits alongside Login in the account panel. On mobile it is in the top bar; on desktop it is in the right-hand balance widget.
Use the number you actually hold and intend to keep. It is your account identifier, and changing it later is a support conversation rather than a settings toggle.
A code arrives within seconds on most carriers. If it does not, wait the full timer before requesting another — stacking requests is the most common way to lock yourself out of the SMS gateway for an hour.
Use a password you do not use anywhere else. The account name must be your legal name exactly as it appears on your bank account — this is the field people get wrong and regret.
BSB, account number and account holder name. The holder name has to match your account name and your ID. A joint account in a partner's name will not work.
AUD 3 on the manual transfer channel, AUD 30 on PayID or card. Start small; confirm the money lands and the balance updates before you commit anything larger.
The name-matching rule, stated once more because it matters
ACO96 requires your user ID, your registered mobile number and your bank account holder name to match exactly. This is not a suggestion buried in the terms — it is repeated on the deposit page, the withdrawal page and the FAQ, and it is enforced by the payments team rather than by a script you can argue with.
| Situation | Outcome | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your own account, your own name, your own number | Passes | All three identifiers agree |
| Joint account, partner listed first | Fails | Account holder name does not match |
| Deposit sent by a family member | Fails | Third-party deposits are refused outright |
| Business or trading account | Fails | Entity name is not your legal name |
| Bank account under a former surname | Fails | Update the bank first, then the casino profile |
| Changing bank details after a win | Blocked | Not permitted once a win or withdrawal request exists |
Get this right on day one and you will never think about it again. Get it wrong and you will discover it at the worst possible moment — when you are trying to withdraw a win.
Verification: what gets asked, and when
The platform does not front-load identity checks the way a licensed Australian bookmaker does. You can register and deposit quickly. Verification tends to arrive at the withdrawal stage, and the operator's terms explicitly reserve the right to request identity confirmation before processing a payout.
What that means in practice is that the documents you would expect — photo ID matching your account name, and sometimes proof that the bank account is yours — get requested when there is money to send out rather than when there is money coming in. It is a common structure offshore, and it has one obvious implication: do not build a balance you would be upset to have delayed. Verify early if you can, by asking support what they will need before you have a win to worry about.
Deposit slips
The manual transfer channel asks you to upload proof of payment. Three rules from the operator, all with teeth: the slip must be fresh, it must be genuine, and it must not have been submitted before. Reusing an old slip or editing one is treated as fraud and leads to a ban rather than a warning. Take a clean screenshot from your banking app for each transfer and do not recycle.
After registration: the first hour
- Deposit the minimum first. Three dollars on manual transfer proves the whole chain works before you trust it with more.
- Do not claim a bonus yet. Bonus-free deposits carry no turnover requirement, so your first session stays fully withdrawable while you are still deciding whether you like the platform.
- Test a small withdrawal. Put AUD 30 through the cashout process early. How a casino behaves on your first withdrawal tells you more than any review does — including this one.
- Set deposit limits if the tools exist. The operator states it offers deposit limits, cool-down timers and self-exclusion. Use them on day one, when it is an abstract decision, not on day thirty when it is not.
- Save the support channels. Live chat is 24/7; there is also a Telegram channel, a Facebook page and [email protected]. Know where they are before you need them.
Once you are in, you will want to know how to get back in reliably — that has its own quirks on this platform, covered under signing back in later. And if you want the overall verdict on the brand before you commit, it is on the top-level ACO96 rundown.
